Health Clinics
Saturday, May 24, 2025, Davis Building
9:00 am – 4:00 pm; we will start making appointments at 8:30 am. Payment must be cash or check. Contact Michelle Amtower, turstadt@charter.net, for questions.

EYE – CERF – Dr. Dan Ward, DVM, ACVIM, cost is $50 per dog and forms will be provided.  You will need to provide your dog’s registration number and sire/dam numbers and microchip number.

HEART – OFA – Dr. Darlene Blischok, DVM, ACVIM, cost is $55 per dog.  For each dog, you must complete and print the cardiac form on the OFA website and bring it with you.
