Health Clinics

Registration will begin at 8:30 A.M. Payment must be Cash or Check.
OFA Clinics
Eyes-CERF with Dr. Dan Ward, DVM, ACVIM – Cost is $50.00 per dog
and forms will be provided. You will need to provide your dogs registration
number and sire/dam numbers and microchip number.
Heart-OFA Cardiac with Dr. Darlene Blischok, DVM, DACVIM – Cost is
$55.00 per dog. For each dog, you must complete and print the cardiac
form on the OFA website and bring it with you.
